Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human Laminin-332. The antibodiess against various domains of laminin-332 reduce the adhesion and matrix binding properties of laminin-332, inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis in vivo. LN-332 is up-regulated in various epithelial cancers, including colon, gastric, mammary duct and squamous cell carcinomas, as well as melanomas, but not in mesenchymal cancers.
Figure 1 Anti-Human Laminin-332 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-481CL) in SDS-PAGE
SDS-PAGE analysis of TAB-481CL in non-reduced (Lane 1) and reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result, different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.
The purity of TAB-481CL was greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
